Luxent is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs inspections, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Luxent is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

International Orders
