At Luxent, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging and in reasonably good condition. Products that are damaged through misuse, modification, improper installation, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@luxentlighting.com with your order number and reason for return.

Luxent reserves the right to request photographs, videos, troubleshooting information, or additional details before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luxent is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees

Returned products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Luxent may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Luxent and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
